These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software products operated by HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to CoreBite, FastBite, SweetBite, DayBite, PureBite, and any future products added to our ecosystem (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction in order to use the Services.
You may be required to create an account to access the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Services by any third party.
CoreBite is offered as a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price until you cancel.
FastBite, SweetBite, DayBite, and PureBite are one-time purchases that grant lifetime access on the same account used at checkout. No recurring charges apply to these products.
Your billing descriptor will appear on your statement as one of: WHOP* COREBITE, WHOP* FASTBITE, WHOP* SWEETBITE, WHOP* DAYBITE, or WHOP* PUREBITE depending on the product purchased.
Payments are processed by authorized third-party billing processors. By purchasing you authorize the processor to charge your designated payment method for the purchase amount.
CoreBite subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You may cancel your CoreBite subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@hndigitalgroup.online. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A full refund may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase by emailing support@hndigitalgroup.online.
All content, branding, software, and materials within the Services are the exclusive property of HN Digital Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree to use the Services only for their intended organizational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not (a) reverse engineer the Services, (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access, or (d) use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
All of our products are software tools. They are not healthcare services and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or nutritional counseling. Users remain solely responsible for their own health, dietary, and lifestyle decisions and should consult qualified healthcare professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HN Digital Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HN Digital Group LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
