Refund Policy

HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC offers a clear and customer-friendly refund process across all of our products, including CoreBite, FastBite, SweetBite, DayBite, and PureBite.

1. Eligibility

Customers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date. Eligibility applies to both one-time purchases and the first billing cycle of CoreBite subscriptions.

2. Refund Window

The refund window begins at the moment the transaction is completed and lasts for seven (7) full calendar days.

3. Request Process

Submit refund requests to support@hndigitalgroup.online with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at purchase
  • The product name (CoreBite, FastBite, SweetBite, DayBite, or PureBite)
  • The order or transaction ID
  • The billing descriptor shown on your statement (e.g. WHOP* PUREBITE)

4. Processing Times

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after the seven-day period may not qualify. Refunds may also be denied in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated chargeback behavior.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email or WhatsApp.
